Parking is a nightmare. Very slow and ineffective security screening for building entry. We waited in line almost an hour to enter for the concert. Women were being turned away for their purses being too big after waiting in line and told they had to go back out to the car and get in line again. Employees were frazzled and clearly disorganized. I would not come back here unless it was to see a band I absolutely HAD to see.

Plenty of UC rep. to answer questions knowledgeable. Looking forward to selecting seats. Nice facility, all with good views. Leaving will be a problem due to access limitations.
Shiity place with military style rules over little things. Quality of life not respected in these walls

Not a bad seat in the house. The only con is no smoking patio. If you go outside, you can't come back in.
