My review is 2-part: As a mother, my sons received individualized care and the educational experiences that were just right for them! The staff took the time to get to know my boys and understand their quirks, making every day a happy day for them. Both entered school ready to learn and have had many great successes. Now, as a staff member, I have first hand knowledge of how the staff work as a team to meet the needs of each of the kids. There is a workplace culture of cooperation, promoting strengths, and lifelong learning.
As an employee of the ECC, I enjoy my days working here. I love being in the environment and being able to work with the children one-on-one. It is also very convenient by being on campus and works well with my school schedule.
